If we're talking on the phone we'll ask you some security questions – that helps us safeguard your personal and policy information. The information in your policy schedule and your last annual statement will help you answer those questions, so you might find it useful to have them to hand. All phone calls may be monitored and/or recorded to protect both you and us and help with training. Call charges will vary.
Our Customer Service team is based in Dublin. Unless otherwise stated, our opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm, excluding Good Friday and public holidays.
